Service provider identification (Art. 10 LSSI-CE)
The legal entity behind Listto is currently in the process of incorporation. Once completed, the company name, tax ID, full registered address and registry details will be published on this page in accordance with Article 10 of the Spanish LSSI-CE.
In the meantime, identifying details of the responsible owner are provided upon request by email at admin@akaen.com.

Purpose
This website provides information about Listto and allows users to access, request a trial or subscribe to SaaS/CRM services for managing estimates, invoices and customer business data.
Terms of use
Access to this website is free of charge, except for the internet connection cost borne by each user. Users undertake to use the website and its content lawfully, without damaging Listto's or third parties' systems, and without carrying out fraudulent activities or activities contrary to applicable law.
Intellectual and industrial property
The content, designs, source code, trademarks, logos and other elements of this site are owned by Listto or its licensors and are protected by intellectual and industrial property regulations. Reproduction, distribution, public communication or transformation without prior express authorisation is prohibited.
Liability
Listto adopts reasonable measures to keep information up to date and the service available, but does not guarantee the absence of errors or uninterrupted availability due to technical issues, third parties or force majeure. Users are responsible for how they use the published information and for reviewing any generated output before making professional, tax or contractual decisions.
